Auto closing of tickets...

HD 3.4.5...

In the settings, I have the auto close of tickets set to every 14 days. I notice that I have tickets over 14 days that are not automatically closing.

Is a corn job setup to run a script daily required for them to close automatically or how do I have our system close tickets after 14 days of the customer not responding?

The "Auto close" will only work on tickets with the "Replied by staff" status. Any other tickets will be ignored and must be closed manually.

What triggers that proces? Is there a way to trigger that function from cron or a URL call?

I have a ticket that is 4 days older that the removal count, and it have been answers last by staff (not staff ticket owner, but another staff) and it does not get auto closed.

There is no cron job for this, the process triggeres when staff logins.

What is the status of the ticket?
