Download All attachments (in a ticket)

Hi All,

I'm on 3.4.5.

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: Attachments, Download, all, quick links.

I was wondering if there's an easy way to download all attachments inside a ticket or if this feature could be added?

Some tickets that my agents are handling come with 15+ attachments, and rather than clicking each download link, it would be nice for there to be a way to download ALL attachments.

I know the attachments are stored in attachments folder, and you can use the download_attachment.php file to select the ID (sequential?) of the attachment and the trackID for the ticket itself.

Any advice would be really appreciated!

Not a public one, no.

I was hoping to release the beta today, but we still have a number of known bugs to solve before releasing beta (no point in letting people test known bugs).
