Troubleshooting Email Delivery to Customers from Ticketing Desk

How can I email my customers in the ticketing desk? (they also get email inside their inbox without having to navigate anywhere)
I'm testing a few Emails and found that the client's email was not receiving the exact same email I sent in the Ticket...
Please help me!

When you submit a reply to a ticket in Hesk, customers get an email notification that a new staff reply has been added.

By default, the email notifies them of a new reply and gives them a link to the help desk ticket.

You can modify your emails by editing email templates in Admin > Tools > Email templates.
