Delete and change first admin user

Hi,

I would like to delete the first user registered during the Hesk installation, and replace with another user. I can't find an option to delete the user, I can delete the others but the first one is impossible.

Do you have an idea ? Thanks everyone!

This is by design, the main administrator cannot be deleted.

You can change all of the details (name, email address, username, password), but you cannot delete this account.

The only way to actually delete it would be to delete it directly in the MySQL database from the hesk_users, but I don't recommend doing it.

Okay, Thank you for the quick reply. So I'm going to leave the user and remove all notifications
