Error: Required information missing: Write article contents!

Hi, just installed the latest free version of Hesk.

Now we are configuring Hesk and want to add some Articles. We can enter a title and attachments but there is no window for the contents of the article. Hence, we get the following message:

Error: Required information missing:
Write article contents!

Does anybody know whats wrong?

Sounds like a problem with your Javascript. This will be hard to debug without seeing it live.

Can you give me access to your help desk admin panel to check (in a private message, not here)?

i have this exact same problem and got here via google. I also cannot see a place to type the actual article. Only the title and the ability to attach files.

The problem was that some JavaScript files were missing in the last case. Try uploading all Hesk files again to your server (except the hesk_settings.inc.php one so you don't overwrite any settings), then refresh the help desk in your browser and see if that helps.
