Hello.
Thank you for very good softaware!
We often need to create tickets from registered users or admins of Hask software.
How create a tikcket from registered user without manual adding Name and email ?

Currently, that is not possible because Hesk was specifically designed not to use customer accounts. We are developing a customer module that should be available later this year though.

Not sure if you can use this work-around, by pre-populating the fields for your main customers (create a link for your main customers with their data pre-populated):
