Is there a way to merge multiple HESK ticketing systems into a single pane of glass view mode for tickets (view functionality is sufficient). So tickets from different HESK ticketing systems can be viewed without having to login to each one.

Unfortunately, there is no such system in place. Each copy of Hesk utilizes a separate database and requires a separate login.
