I have Linkman on one of my websites and really like it, but when I tried to put it on another website, it wouldn't work. Do I have to purchase a license to have Linkman on multiple websites?

Nope, the free version (with "Powered by" link) works on any number of websites. Check your installation and make sure your second server supports PHP...
