I am trying to disable customer priority however when I click on the link or paste in to a new browser window, it does not work.

Anyone know how to disable this feature?

Go to your Hesk Admin panel > Settings > Help desk > under "Features" find "Customer priority", turn it off and save changes.

I found the setting and was able to disable it.
