Embedding Form on our page

I want to embed hesk helpdesk form on my website, so that people can write name, email, and telephone and also there are URL parameters which if possible be included as notes and then a new ticket is created. I searched the forum, there are only 2013 discussions on this subject.

If someone can help me how to embed a form on a wordpress website.

There's no direct way of embedding Hesk's "Submit a ticket" form into Wordpress (or any other web page) because it relies on its' own session data for several security and functionality checks. You will need to send your users to the Hesk's form.
