Include email from custom field in submit a ticket form

I've added a custom field for a person to include another staff ie supervisor or colleague in the ticket and I would like for the function that sends the form to grab the address from that field and cc that person. Is this doable under the current system?

There's no built-in way to do that.

Shouldn't be hard to add it by a PHP developer though, as custom fields are defined whenever a ticket is sent.
