attached error while uploading some documents

on some files i'm getting a lot this week. especially pdf format. different pdf file is a problem while another pdf file is not a problem.https://dosya.co/6azq5htinza4/duygu_poster.pdf.html

What you are getting is a "500 Internal Server Error" message. This is an error the server returns, not Hesk.

I don't know what exactly is causing it, but it looks like it only shows for larger files. I can normally attach a 5 Mb file for example, but a 9 Mb file returns the error.

A few things to check:
1. check your server error logs; there should be more information about the error there
2. check that you have enough free space on the server
3. check if there are any error_log files inside your Hesk folder
4. check what your PHP configuration limitations (Hesk Admin > Settings > Help desk > under "Attachments" click the "Server configuration limits" link
