Hi Klemen,
Hope you are doing good. Currently it is not possible to track any configurations changed from Help Desk settings or General Configurations and from Custom Fields as well. It would be a good feature to add Changelog option which shows the change made to any configurations and will keep the record who did the change.

This option will increase security and audit perspective.

Hi Afeer,

We plan on adding an audit module to Hesk, but it will most likely rely on back-end server processes to track changes to files and database data, so it will probably be only available in the cloud. The alternative would be to add a logging system to track all the changes manually, but that may be quite tedious to add for all the Hesk features and all the data stored.
