In the new ticket entry screen there are 2 tables that I want to remove. picture attached. what can i do about it?

i want to remove 2 cells i specified

You can hide both in Hesk settings:

1. go to Admin > Settings > Help desk > look under "Features"
2. find "Require subject" and set it to "Hide in customer form"
3. find "Customer priority" and turn it off
4. save changes
