Populate note in customer side

Post by Paula Motorbike »

Script URL:
Version of script: 3.2.5
Hosting company:
URL of phpinfo.php:
URL of session_test.php:
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

Write your message below:

Hello Hesk community:

I would like that in the email notification received by the client when we create a ticket manually, to include a link inside the email where the client can do a click and can include an answer inside.

In order to clarify this:

The client receives the email when we create a new ticket and inside this email there is a link named "accept".
If the client click in the link in the email, a note will be include in the ticket shown that it was accepted.
All of that without the client needs to access to the ticket and write it manually. Ex.%%TRACK_URL%%****"Acept.
I assume that all this process has to be realized trhough a URL, but I don't know the chain-URL.

I hope you can help me with this matter.

Thanks in advance!

That's unfortunately not something that is supported by Hesk out-of-the box. You will need a PHP developer to help you customize the functionality to fit your needs, for example by posting a project to sites like upwork.com or freelancer.com
