Migrating to HESK from another helpdesk system

Hello,
Is is possible to migrate from another helpesk system to HESK?
Has anybody managed to successfully migrate from another system?

Specifically, currently we are using Spiceworks as out ticketing system. But since Spiceworks doesn't support modern authentication using Office365 email address, I'm looking for another solution and came across this HESK which seems like a good thing.

But our Spiceworks has about 7000 tickets and I'm looking how to migrate all those tickets to another system.

There's no built-in way of migrating data between Spiceworks and Hesk. Each solution has a unique set of data and table structure, so not sure that's even possible/feasible. When changing the help desk solution it may be best to just retire the old one and start fresh.

That said, Hesk currently doesn't support "modern authentication" for O365 either. It will before Microsoft retires old authentication methods this fall though.
