Groups of staff to have access

HESK version
3.2.5 - HESK is up to date
PHP version
7.4.28 (MySQLi)
MySQL version
10.3.34-MariaDB-cll-lve

On the team section I have 3 separate groups At the moment I have the head of each signed in as a staff member for putting tickets on. This way the head of a group can see their own tickets and not those of other groups. None of the groups have admin access

Is there anyway to have a second staff member for a group to be created so they can also see the tickets.

i.e Head of Group 1 who is staff also needs another staff member who can also see the tickets submitted by Head of group 1

Same for group 2 and 3 bearing in mind that the head of group 2 and 3 cannot see any of the tickets submitted by group 1 head.


At the moment i cannot see a way of creating different groups like you would on a CRM system. Any help I would be extremely grateful

Unfortunately no, there is currently no way of grouping staff by teams.
