Don't create a ticket if...

Post by cwshubby »

Is there a way to prevent Hesk from creating a ticket if the subject line customers "XXXX"?

Using Google Workspace for email and I have set up a filter to mark the message read and file it away when it comes in, but Hesk usually processes the email quickly and creates a ticket for it.

How do you prevent Hesk from auto creating a ticket if the subject has a certain keyword?

There is no built-in way to do that; Hesk will process any email your mail server sends its way.

You would have to modify the email to ticket logic to achieve this (or hire someone to do it for you, for example by posting a project to sites like freelancer.com or upwork.com)
