Unable to find the Text file to edit

I have the new version of Hesk 3 namely 3.2.5

I do need to change the english text file to rename the descriptions. I have downloaded the custom-text file, but that is blank. I need to copy the contents of the existing text file into it so as to change the names.

However I cannot find the text.php file in any of the folders in the language folder/en GB

Can anyone please tell me where i can find this text file so that i can edit please. For example I want to change the Name "Ticket" to "Order" but cant do so until i can copy the contents to the custom-text file first.

text.php is located inside Hesk's /language/en folder.

In other words, it should be at example.com/hesk/language/en/text.php
