ticket status failsafe

Hi developers,

Perhaps its an idea to double check closing a ticket.
If you select close by accident (yes, it happened to me ), the call is closed and the mail is immediately sent.
A failsafe would be nice on closing (or all atatusses.)

Didn't realize that's a problem, no one reported it yet lol.

No promises, but will consider adding an option (setting) for it. Not high on the priority list though.
