Adding Clients/Contacts/Companies

Hi

Is there any way to add a list of companies and then add contacts? So when a ticket comes in we can add it to the contact.

No, Hesk was deliberately designed not to require or use customer accounts, so there is no way to register them. It works per-ticket, not per-client.
