Version of script: 3.2.4
Can anyone guide me in terms of setting some of the custom Status I've created to be treated as resolved when tickets are assigned to these custom statuses?
Make tickets with custom statuses be treated as "resolved"

That's not something supported at the moment; a ticket needs to have the status "Resolved" to be considered as closed/resolved.
We do plan on making this more flexible in the future though.
