Can't execute SQL error when trying to update users

I'm receiving the error Can't execute SQL when I try to update permissions for a user.

module: manage_users.php
I'm using 3.2.4 version

Versión PHP 7.3.32 (MySQLi)
Versión MySQL 5.7.36
/attachments Exists, Writable
/cache Exists, Writable
