HESK- Configuring to allow the timer to continue to run in ticket even after referesh

Hello,
I am asking is it possible to allow the time worked timer to continue to run even after we refreshed or left the ticket page.
The timer only stopping only when we pause it ( and the time still paused when we refreshed, left/return to the page)
The timer refreshed only when we sent a reply or manually refresh it
Im still new to HESK and appreciate the help

Currently Running:
HESK: 3.1.2
PHP version: 7.3.16 (MySQLi)
MySQL version: 5.7.21-log

Not something supported by default, no. You would have to save the state of the timer every few seconds (using AJAX, for example) then recall it on ticket open.
