Is it possible to accept email-to-ticket from a single domain or specified domains only - the opposite function to "Ban emails" ?

Not something built-in, but this should be relatively easy to add by a PHP developer. If you don't have one on hand, I recommend posting a project to sites like upwork.com or freelancer.com
