Rest API on a future version of Hesk?

Hey there,

I'm wondering if a REST API is planned to be developed on a future version of Hesk?
It would be helpful having some routes to get tickets filtered by emails, or submit a ticket from a remote place.

Yes, it's planned. Unfortunately, that's the best answer I can give you as I don't have a timeframe of when we will get to implementing it.
