is there any way i can change the "view existing tickets submitted in the past" search fields from "Ticket tracking ID and email" to "subject and email"?

You'd have to modify the source code logic quite a bit to achieve something like that.

You should probably consult a PHP developer as this unfortunately is not something we can help with.
