custom ticket status
Hello, sometimes I do works that I would like to put in Hesk giving them the status "Own works". I am thinking of solving it with statuses. How to add a status field when creating a ticket from administrator / agent?

That's not something built-in, new tickets are always submitted with a "New" status.
You'd have to modify the ticket submission form and logic to achieve it. You should probably consult a PHP developer for help.
