Missing Refresh Timer on empty ticket page

When I have tickets, the refresh timer appears at the top, and counts down, and refreshes. When there aren't any tickets, the timer is gone, so no auto refreshing. I missed some tickets until I manually refreshed.

Good find, thank you for reporting this issue.

It will be fixed in 3.2.3; if I have a simple solution before 3.2.3 is released, I will post it here.
