Cannot install HESK

Good day,
First, I am very new to website hosting so please forgive me if I cannot provide all answers to the above questions. For instance I am unsure what the session-test.php is.
I am running XAMPP on Server 2008 and basically what is happening is I cannot get the install script for HESK to run, Firefox keeps throwing the "PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR" at me. The HESK folder is inside my website folder. I have tried putting the HESK folder into the htdocs root folder but then i get "the requested URL does not exist on the server" so I am at a loss as to why I am getting the "PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR". Please any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is an error that occurs on the server-side, it's not an error Hesk produces.

To troubleshoot it, you will need to check your server error logs and try to find the issue.

For example, HTML files show just fine: https://www.gmcomputers.co.za/helpdesk/docs/
But PHP files do not: https://www.gmcomputers.co.za/helpdesk/index.php

Oh I am sure it is a server issue, Ijust wish I could find the issue!! LOL
OK let me check the logs and see if I can find something. Thank you for your reply. Just strange that the phpinfo shows up no problem, though, that's what is confusing me.

Just to let you know I found the issue, it was the zend_extension-opcache that was enabled in php.ini, I disabled it and HESK is working perfectly. I have no idea what that opcache does but all sorted now, thank you so much.
