Hi,
If users send an e-mail to contact@domain.com they get an automatic e-mail back with standard information and a ticket number. The e-mail that they receive is standard, text only. Im searching to change the font the e-mail is being send in, some e-mail clients makes the e-mail text a bit ugly so i want to create my own standard, i have searched all the CSS files but i can't find anything style-related to the e-mails that are being send.
Could anyone give ma a direction where to search? Is there anyway to change the layout of the e-mails?

Re: E-mail font
Hesk sends plain-text emails so the font cannot be customized - it's set to whatever the email client's default font is.
We'll be adding support for HTML-emails in one of the next updates. That will give you more control of the look and feel of your emails.
