Selecting letters by sender

Good day. Please make inquiries by the sender. So that you can add and search for letters by sender or company. This is convenient if HESK is used as a document management system, in order to search for letters by the sender and the sender can see all the requests that he sent.

I am trying to clarify that the user should have something like a personal account where all his tickets will be visible. And in the admin panel, you can create a ticket by finding a user in the database by name by mail or other parameters.

But in the Admin panel it would be convenient, when you click on a sender, to see all tickets created by this sender for all time.

You can already to that in the "Find a ticket" form at the bottom of main admin page (where the tickets are listed).

Enter email (or name ...) in the "Search for" box, and select email (or name ...) in the "Search in" box.
