How to create login page

I am just wondering how to restrict first page with password. Now everyone can submit a ticket. I would like to login first as a customer with username and password and only then to submit a ticket. I am not speaking about admin link. This is different story.

This is not supported by Hesk, as discussed on several occasions already on this forum.
