Remove new ticket button in administration

Good evening, I state that I would like to use the script as a dispute management solution between customers and sellers, in my case the sellers will be my team, and I will be the supervisor.
The software as written is perfect for my needs (even better), but I only have one problem.
Is it possible to remove the New Tiket button in the administration? Even better to remove it only for team members and leave it for admin only?

In the file "inc/show_admin_nav.php" find "new_ticket.php" - should be there twice.

Then delete the link HTML code, or wap it in a PHP if statement checking if $_SESSION['isadmin'] is set to 1.
