Good morning.
I want to know if it is possible to view all open tickets list in hesk homepage without login. Otherwise, if it is possible to view all open tickets without insert ticket code in the tickets view.

No, that's not something possible in Hesk. For privacy and security reasons, all tickets require login. Hesk does not support "public" tickets.
