Good morning all,
I am French I will describe my research as well as possible, I use Hesk 3.2.1 when creating my ticket requests all my TEAM receives the creation of tickets by email but unfortunately the list of emails are all visible between them. I will wish Hesk to blind copy this list but I cannot find the parameter in the files

Je suis français je vais décrire au mieux ma recherche, j'utilise Hesk 3.2.1 lors de la création de mes demandes de tickets toute ma TEAM recoit la création du tickets par mail mais malheureusement la liste des emails sont toutes visibles entre eux. Je souhaiterai que Hesk envoie cette liste en copie caché mais je ne trouve pas le paramètre dans les fichiers.

There is no built-in way of doing that, you would need to modify the logic of Hesk email sending functions (/inc/email_functions.inc.php) to achieve that.

Unfortunately, customizations of such extent are out of the scope of my support. If you cannot figure it out or my recommendation would be to find a programmer for help, for example by posting a project to upwork.com or freelancer.com
