hesk 3.1.2 - how to delete a ticket

hello, updated from older hesk into 3.1.2 and loged in as admin, how to delete a ticket? can't find how, or maybe button is missing on my installation or something, how to do it please?

In the right-hand column at the top you have "Edit", "Print" and a down arrow. Click the down arrow to see all the options, including delete tickets.

oh my drop down button ismissing graphics, for some reason, thats why I dint know I can click that empty space.
