Hello, is there anyway I can display the knowledgebase categories on homepage? Like underneath the submit button? if so can someone help?

There is no built-in way of doing that, no.

You would have to get all the categories from hesk_kb_categories table and list them. Consult a PHP developer if not familiar with PHP/MySQL queries.
