I forget the admin pass.

Hello, firs congrutalations for the great script! help desk!

i have a big trouble, I forgert my admin pass, i changed the default admin password, but now I forget the new password, not remember

can change the admin pass? maybe replacing some file in the folder installation of help desk, or a file special add in the database

or the unique form is reinstalling the script????

Hi,

You can try reseting the password with this file, upload it to your Hesk folder:
http://www.phpjunkyard.com/extras/reset_password.zip

Let me know if it works.

Make sure you DELETE this file from your server when the password is reset!

thank's the script work fine, and now i can login as administrator and now changed the pass now, and write these in a paper
