Modifying the powered by message to my liking in a tasteful manner

I have a question about modifying the "powered by hesk" message. It's going to be in a tasteful manner and still visible on every page for both visitors and administrators.

I would like to move the text from the middle to the bottom right corner as a design choice, i would also like to remove the text "HESK" entirely and replace it with the HESK logo as that would take up less width space in order to fit my TOS and GDPR message. Is this something that im allowed to do?

In a way i suppose this would be allowed as im not "Removing" the powered by message at all or hiding it in any way. it's not going to be located in any weird spot that no one is ever looking or so either as i usually have footer links and text on all my pages elsewhere.

I would also understand the reason i would not be allowed to do this as i would rather include the logo of HESK which i suppose im not in general allowed to do.

I would much appreciate a straight answer and why.

Hello Mattias,

Unfortunately, the "powered by" credits must not be modified, see section 4 of the EULA.

You could purchase a one-time Hesk license to remove them, but the free version must keep them visible and unmodified.
