Hello,
I'm using HESK and everything is perfect, but I have only one question,
is there any option to make some filter to show only tickets created selected month? For example I want to see only tickets from April?
I know that there is raport option where I can export xml file with tickets, but I'm asking about main view in admin zone. (show_tickets). Is there any option to set filter there? Anyone tryied to do that?

Exporting is currently the only way to list tickets in a date range.
