Default Ticket List View

Good day,

Is there any way to set the list of tickets so that the newest submitted shows first? I can't seem to find it and it defaults to the oldest first.

Hello,

Below the list of tickets, you have the "Show tickets" form.

If only "Status" is visible there, click "More options".

Then at the bottom of the expanded form, you will see "Order: descending/ascending" which will change the order of tickets.

When you have all the options properly selected, check the "Make this my default view" and click "Show tickets"

Note that there is also a "reset default view" link. Clicking it will reset any changes you made to the filtering and ordering to Hesk default settings, which should order by newest first.
