hi, I have encountered a problem with hesk 3.x regarding the deletion of a team member.

if today I delete a user to whom tickets have been assigned, they are updated to today's date. this implies that in the display of the ticket list the sorting is wrong as the "updated" and not "closed" field is considered.

it would be useful to have the option to also view the "closed" field to view the correct date and eliminate this annoyance.

Tickets get updated when a team member is deleted because they get set to "unassigned" (no owner) when that happens.

We'll probably add "Closed at" in the future, but for most use cases the "Updated" is more appropriate because support staff looks mostly at open tickets, not cloed ones.

But yes, we do need to improve this in the future.
