Hello,
I have a problem with reply to:
I am sending mail as the user authorizing to the server aaa@exaple.com.
But
If the user replies to this message, he will not go to hes, because the mail is collected from the user bbb@example.com.
How to make the user respond to a different email address than the email he has provided ??

Re: Reply to
That's not something supported by Hesk - the user must be able to send replies from the email address that was used to submit the ticket for the replies to be properly stored by hesk.
Note that only customers can send replies via ticket, staff must use the web interface (cannot reply via email).
