creating customers in hesk

Hi,
new to this forum so please be gentle with me.

We are looking at HESK3 to replace our old helpdesk software. Whilst i can see a section called categories i cannot see a section called customers?

our old helpdesk would when we created a ticket let us select a customer from a drop down list then assign a category to that customer, does HESK3 have anything similar?

Ok then thats a bit limiting for a helpdesk. Do you have a suggestions area that things like this could be looked at in future.

Well, it's not meant to be a solution for everything and for everyone

If you just want a way to group tickets by customers and don't need your customers to have a login account, you could, for example, create a custom drop-down field called "Customers".

Alan, please try *searching* for a solution first. There's both a Knowledgebase article and a pinned topic explaining where feature suggestions are accepted.
