Frozen in maintenance mode

Hi all

We're having an issue with our helpdesk where it's stuck in Maintenance Mode when users try to submit/view tickets.

Maintenance mode is turned off, and has been confirmed in the settings file.

Cache is not the issue as multiple devices are having the issue (Cloudflare has flushed the cache too).

Any idas?

You probably didn't delete the /install folder after installation/upgrade?
