Can you please tell me how i can translate categories, i am using the multi-language version of Hesk 3.1.0, and i want to display English categories for english visitors, and Russian categories for Russian Visitors.

There's currently no built-in way to translate categories.

We need to figure out a better solution than just to translate them because there are also other factors to consider, for example, some staff members may work in certain languages only.

Unless you want to edit your code (or hire someone to do it for you) my recommendation, for now, would be to just create different categories. Maybe prefix categories for each language like "[EN] Support", "[EN] Hardware", "[RU] Поддержка", ... or something similar.
