URLs to customers not completed

Hi all,

I've noticed that when I reply to a ticket, and put a web URL in the message, the end user only receives part of the URL. What ultimately happens, is they write back saying it doesn't work. So, for example, let's say I tell someone to go to:

https://www.google.com

They get the message showing the entire link as above, but only the following part is clickable:

https://www.

Not the rest. Naturally, that won't take you anywhere. Anyone else seen this before?

It works fine in my tests. Also seems to work fine in the online demo:
https://www.hesk.com/demo/admin

What version of Hesk are you using and what version of PHP?

Using latest version of Hesk 3.0.3
PHP version is: PHP 5.3.3

First of, you should immediately update your PHP version. If you are for some reason tied to PHP 5.3 at least get 5.3.29

The lowest version I have for testing is 5.3.5 and it works fine there.

Are you sure you have original unmodified files? Any chance you could give me access to your help desk (in private, would need admin access)?
