Email piping with Wampp

Hello
My name is Pascal, i Have installed Hesk 3.0.1 and I would to test test the email piping
I have configured Hesk with an external provider (laposte.net), the smtp and imap test is ok but when i send an email on th e mail, hesk don't receipt nothing
how to do a mail recovery and integrate it directly into a ticket

but do you have an idea or solution to make an automatic reading with wamp under windows
