I've just discovered a bug in v3.0.0 canned responses:
When you go to select one of the canned responses, the second item in the list does not fill de text when you click on it. It seems a dropdown idexing error.

Related to this bug, I will ask for a change of the canned responses item. When we want to fill with a canned response text, usually we type a little personalized text, and after this we insert the canned response. In the version 3 this is not possible because the link to insert canned responses is inside textbox, and it desappear when you start typing. Would it be possible to put the link to canned responses outside the textbox to make it visible even if there is text written?
